**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes in accordance with Chinese cuisine standards and recipes.
- Prepare, chop, and slice vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
- Prepare stocks, sauces, and marinades based on traditional Chinese recipes.
- Help in the setup and organization of the kitchen stations, ensuring everything is ready for service.

**2. Cooking Assistance**:

- Assist in cooking dishes, including stir-frying, steaming, braising, and deep-frying, under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Follow established recipes and cooking methods to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Ensure that dishes are cooked and plated to meet restaurant quality standards.

**3. Food Safety and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations, ensuring they are organized and free of hazards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the kitchen operates in a safe and hygienic manner.

**4. Stock and Inventory Management**:

- Assist in the storage of ingredients and supplies according to proper food safety protocols.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or potential issues to the sous chef or head chef.
- Ensure that all ingredients are used in a timely manner to reduce waste.

**5. Support and Teamwork**:

- Work effectively with other kitchen staff, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
- Assist with training new staff or apprentices as needed.
- Help with any other kitchen-related tasks as directed by the Sous Chef or Chinese Chef.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
