**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date with product features, pricing, and industry trends to confidently present offerings to customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Customer Follow-ups**: Follow up on previous calls and convert leads into successful sales.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **CRM Management**: Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and strategies that improve overall performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous working experience is preferred not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal Tamil communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a professional manner.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
- **Customer Service**: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
- **Target-Driven**: Motivated by meeting sales targets and achieving measurable results.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Tamil and Good Understanding of English Languages.

**Education**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
