Job Title: IT Sales Support Executive – Madurai

Experience: Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with an IT or Computer background to join our team in Madurai. In this role, you will connect with customers, share information about our technology products and services, and support the sales team in their daily activities. It's a great opportunity to learn how technology and business come together while building your communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to customers over calls and emails to understand their needs
  • Explain technology products and solutions in simple terms
  • Keep track of customer details and follow up regularly
  • Support the sales team with quotes, reports, and documentation
  • Work with the technical team to ensure smooth customer service

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in learning about IT solutions and sales processes
  • Freshers or up to 6 months of experience can apply

Location: Chinna Chokikulam, Madurai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: 2.6 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
