We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executives (Freshers or Experienced) to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, presenting our products/services, and driving successful conversions through consultative sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Present and explain product/service offerings clearly to prospects.
  • Schedule and conduct demo sessions with interested customers.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
  • Meet daily/weekly call and follow-up targets.
  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any degree (UG/PG).
  • Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of sales/marketing concepts is an added advantage.
