**Your mission**
As the Inside Sales Support professional for Kanthal India, you directly support the revenue generating potential of our organisaztion. Your mission will be to act as first point of contact for the customers and sales intermidiaries. You will be the face of Kanthal India to the external world. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer service to both existing & prospective customers from order booking to cash collection and contract reviews.
With an emphasis on customer focus - you will be responsible for preparing customer order review form and follow the LOA to book the order in system. You will be a key link between the customers and the sales team in case of deviations. You will prepare OC in our ERP system, prepare the commercial part of the order, for example Proforma invoices, inspection call, dispatch clearances etc, coordinate for the monthly invoicing plan from production and communicate to the sales team and other stakeholders.
You will be supporting the Cash collection by regularly following up with customers. You will have to work closely with finance team to handle credit note preparation, credit/debit notes cancellation, and for other sales support activities.
MIS is a key part of this role. You will be responsible to maintain documents for contracts with our agents, mandatory compliance documents, ISO/EHS and other data/document pertaining to sales in ERP and any other document relevant for the sales function. You will also generate relevant MIS reports as needed by the business.

As the Inside Sales Professional, you will report to the Manager - Sales Support Kanthal, India and will be a crucial part of our Sales team in India.
**Your profile**
We are looking for someone with more than 2 years of successful history in a sales support or related function preferably in an engineering company. Background from an MNC culture will be an added advantage.
You demonstrate strong IT skills and have experience in handling e-bidding and tendering processes using digital signature. You must have basic financial understanding to handle L/C’s & BG’s.
We consider Communication to be a key enabler and since we have a diverse teams, fluency in both written & verbal English is a must.
