**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to travel-related inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
- Assist customers with trip details, booking procedures, and itinerary information
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide up-to-date and accurate information
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal databases
- Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Provide support to existing clients before and during their trips
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and helpful responses

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a travel operations or customer service role preferred**.(Fresher also apply)**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation or CRM systems.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of travel industry practices, destinations, and booking platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or travel operations (preferred but not mandatory)
- Passion for travel and helping others plan great trips
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good Communication Skill
- Sales and Convincing skill

**Compensation and Benefits**:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from **₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month**, based on experience and skills. In addition, employees are eligible for **Annual bonuses and performance-based incentives**, rewarding dedication and exceptional contribution to the team's success.
