  • Communicating with executives and upper management regularly
  • Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures
  • Overlooking the daily functions of the business
  • Creating short and long-term operational goals
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with Bankers and connectors
  • Provide sales support and guidance to the team, including training on sales tools, processes, and techniques
  • Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records, sales pipelines, and contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
