**Overall responsibility for all maintenance & production activities during the shift.**:

- **Directly responsible for delivering production as per the production plan.**:

- **Directly responsible for coaching and development of shift personnel.**:

- **Directly responsible for discipline in the work force.**:

- **Responsible for safety of personnel, equipment and facility.**:

- **Responsible to ensure quality of all products within spec.**:

- **Directly responsible to carry out breakdown maintenance for all equipments within shortest possible time during the shift.**:

- **Directly responsible for achieving KPI goals during the shift**:

- **Directly responsible to implement the safety system in the plant area.**:

- **Responsible for filling up the shift report and ensuring that all the logbook are filled.**:

- **Responsible for smooth functioning of all the machines during the shift.**:

- **Responsible for identification of environment aspects and to ensure the controls are in place.**:

- **Responsible for shifting of spent oil, grease and cotton waste to designated area.**:

- **Responsible for implementation of measures to achieve the objectives.**:

- **Responsible for 5S implementation on productions lines.**:

- **Responsible for material return to store after end of production.**:

- **No utility leakage on line areas.**:

- **Shift wise scrap weight calculation & record keeping.**:

- **Daily scrap handover timely as per SOP.**:

- **Preventive maintenance on daily basis & adherence to be submitted to HOD’s & Team Leader.**:

- **Daily yields & efficiencies calculation & reporting to Team Leader/HOD’s.**:

- **Daily ERP order closing.**:

- **Breakdown analysis & corrective action plan.**:

- **Vertical startup implementation on every production runs.**:

- **Shifts schedule making & record keeping for extra manpower needed if any.**

Pay: ₹20,045.24 - ₹46,561.98 per month
