Dispatch Supervisor / Executive - Dispatch

**Location**:
Jammu

**Reports To**:
Dispatch / Logistics Manager / Plant Head

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods to customers by coordinating with production, stores, and transporters, while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams to ensure product readiness and availability.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents including invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, LR, and other relevant documents.
- Arrange transportation: coordinate with transporters and ensure timely vehicle placement.
- Monitor loading activities to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and packing as per customer requirements.
- Maintain dispatch records in ERP / manual registers, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Track dispatched consignments and provide updates to relevant internal teams and customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company norms during dispatch operations.
- Address and resolve any dispatch-related issues to minimize delays.
- Optimize dispatch processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in physical stock verification and maintain stock accuracy.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Good knowledge of dispatch processes in manufacturing, preferably packaging industry.
- Understanding of logistics documentation (e-way bill, LR, invoice, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in ERP / dispatch module.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple dispatches simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Education & Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in dispatch / logistics operations in a manufacturing environment (packaging industry preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
