Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packing and Dispatch Sr Executive, located in Kathua. The Packing and Dispatch Sr Executive will be responsible for overseeing the packing and dispatching processes. Daily tasks include managing the packaging team, assuring that packaging standards are upheld, coordinating logistics to ensure timely dispatches, maintaining inventory records, preparing dispatch documentation, and handling customer queries related to dispatches. The role also involves continuously improving packing procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory management and dispatch documentation handling
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a packaging team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills to address customer queries
• Proficiency in using inventory management and dispatch software
• Problem-solving skills for improving packing procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
