Job Title Store Executive Department Stores Inventory Industry Packaging Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward materials Supervise unloading receipt stacking and proper storage of raw materials packing materials and finished goods Issue materials to production as per requirement and maintain proper documentation Perform regular stock verification cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with the system Coordinate with purchase production and dispatch teams for timely availability and movement of materials Maintain inventory levels as per minimum and maximum stock norms Ensure proper labeling stacking and identification of stored items Handle scrap and rejected materials as per company policy Use ERP software for inventory tracking and generate daily weekly and monthly stock reports Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area Assist in monthly and annual physical stock audits Key Skills Competencies Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management practices Familiarity with ERP inventory management systems Good organizational and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Attention to detail and accuracy Qualification Experience Graduate in any discipline Diploma in Material Management 2-4 years of experience in stores inventory function preferably in packaging manufacturing or related industry Working knowledge of MS Office and inventory software Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 200 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
