**Job Title**: Carpenter Supervisor

**Location**: Gurgaon (Factory)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of carpenters and helpers on-site.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings and guide carpentry work accordingly.
- Ensure the correct use of carpentry tools, equipment, and materials.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Provide hands-on support in carpentry tasks when needed.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for smooth workflow.
- Maintain records of labor, material usage, and project progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
- Manage material requisitions and inventory control on-site.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in carpentry preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
