**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to interior fit-outs, furniture installation, and civil/electrical/plumbing works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor material delivery and usage, report shortages or delays to the project team.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety standards, and proper working conditions.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before and after installation.
- Conduct daily site inspections and prepare work progress reports.
- Resolve minor on-site issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.
- Ensure adherence to design quality, workmanship, and client expectations.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in interior or furniture project execution.
- Strong understanding of interior layouts, technical drawings, and finishing materials.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle pressure and timelines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Prior experience in handling **residential, commercial, or retail interior projects**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
