Job Role Summary:
The Carpenter will be responsible for the cutting, assembling, installation, and finishing of woodwork elements across luxury interior projects. This includes custom-made furniture, wardrobes, modular kitchens, wooden flooring, wall paneling, and decorative wooden elements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Woodworking & Assembly:

- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and laminates using appropriate tools.
- Fabricate and assemble furniture like beds, wardrobes, TV units, panels, modular kitchen cabinets, etc.
- Installation at Site:

- Install furniture, doors, drawers, panels, and frames accurately as per drawing.
- Ensure perfect leveling, alignment, and finishing of joints and surfaces.
- Finishing & Polish Readiness:

- Install accessories like handles, hinges, channels, and knobs.
- Material Handling:

- Use and maintain tools (circular saw, jigsaw, hand drills, etc.) responsibly.
- Coordinate with the supervisor for material needs and work planning.
- On-Site Coordination:

- Collaborate with the site engineer and interior designer to execute works as per approved drawings.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety at the workplace.

Key Skills Required:

- Proficiency in furniture making and carpentry joinery
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings
- Knowledge of modular fittings and latest hardware systems (Hettich, Hafele, etc.)
- Familiarity with MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, and edge-banding techniques
- Precision, speed, and attention to detail

Educational Qualification & Experience:

- No formal education required; ITI or trade certification preferred
- 3-7 years of hands-on carpentry experience in interiors or modular furniture projects

Pay: ₹11,945.64 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
