Production Supervisor

Faridabad Haryana, India MND DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT Full time

We are looking for a **hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor** to oversee our day-to-day furniture manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, an understanding of woodwork and basic metalwork, and a passion for delivering high-quality results on time.
- **Oversee the complete production process** from raw material to final dispatch
- **Prepare cutting slips** and job cards based on design drawings
- **Distribute and assign work** to carpenters, polishers, metal fabricators, and other workshop staff
- **Monitor project timelines**, update job progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- **Coordinate with the store** for raw material issuance and availability
- **Conduct quality checks** at every stage of production (cutting, assembly, polish, installation)
- **Liaise with design and project teams** for technical clarity and client requirements
- **Maintain daily logs** of production progress, labor allocation, and material usage
- Supervise packing, loading, and delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch
- Understand and assist with **metal and wood integration**, where applicable

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of materials like plywood, MDF, laminates, and basic metal fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret furniture drawings or CAD layouts
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Comfortable working with physical registers or digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
