**Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities**
- Production supervisors create and implement schedules, plans, and strategies to meet production goals. They also coordinate and assign tasks to production staff.
- Production supervisors ensure that production processes meet quality standards and protocols. They also address quality-related issues.
- Production supervisors ensure that employees use equipment safely and follow company standards. They also schedule regular equipment maintenance.
- Production supervisors manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and other supplies are available when needed.
- Production supervisors train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures. They also coach and counsel employees.
- Production supervisors prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers.
- Production supervisors identify areas for improvement and suggest ways to increase efficiency.
- Production supervisors research and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Responsibility
- Production, Quality Inspection, Dispatch, manpower handling, and enter log book.
- Maintain 5’S Activity.
- Duty timing 12 hours.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
