This is a **non-target-based role**, meaning there is **no sales pressure or targets** to achieve. Full training will be provided, and freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to explain services to potential clients
- Attend to inbound customer queries professionally
- Record customer information and feedback accurately
- Follow up with interested leads as needed
