**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Telecaller/Telemarketing to join our real estate Company. As the Telecaller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day Sales of our company. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth functioning of our office and support the overall success of our real estate operations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Making calls to potential customers
- Explaining company services and products
- Maintaining daily call records
- Submitting daily progress reports
- Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
- Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
- Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
- Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities

**Qualification and Skills**:

- 12th grade or higher education
- Fluent communication skills in the local language
- Basic computer skills

**Requirements**:

- **Fresher (with good communication skills and eager to learn)**
- **Experienced**
- **Sales Knowledge**
