Minimum Qualification
**I.T.I with First Class Boiler Operation Certificate from Government authorized institution**
No. of Years of Experience 05 - 08 Years
Age Limit: 24 - 34 Years
Knowledge
- Having sound knowledge of **coal fired boiler house** and utility equipment operations.
- Should be self-driven, a strong team player with problem solving abilities during routine **boiler house operations**.
**Duties & Responsibility**
- To carry out smooth operations of _**Coal Fired Steam Boilers**_, _**Thermic Fluid Heaters**_ and Utilities like air compressors, nitrogen plant and chilling plants in all shifts at optimum availability and efficiency level.
- To operate _**Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters,**_ and utility equipment in safe, efficient and economical manner, and in compliance with IBR and statutory requirements.
- Operating knowledge of the operating principles of equipment used in the boiler house and utility equipment is must.
- To identity and list down all critical and general spare parts, consumables and tools required for of boiler house & utility maintenance activities in coordination with Utility & Boiler engineer and ensure the inventory of spares.
- To follow shift schedule strictly and ensure boiler house & utility operations during shifts and ensure minimum interruptions.
- To ensure efficient operation of RO/Soft water treatment plants and perform necessary analysis/tests to ensure the specified quality of boiler feed water.
- Manage the disposal of effluent water generated from Boiler house & utility as per company environment policy.
- Maintain documentation & reports related to boiler house and utility operations, operating parameters, downtime reports and chemical treatment parameters of boiler feed water.
- To plan and carry out preparatory activities for annual boiler inspection and ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements pertaining to IBR.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
