Sterling Auxiliaries Pvt Ltd is hiring a Utility Operator for their manufacturing unit at Dahej Gujarat.

**Role And Responsibility**:

- Operation and monitoring of utility systems such as boilers, HVAC, water treatment, compressed air, and electrical distribution to ensure continuous and reliable supply to production areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on utility equipment to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, alarms, or other issues, troubleshooting problems and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of utility usage, equipment maintenance, and operational logs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of utility equipment and systems as per company guidelines.
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians and other departments to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and modifications to utility infrastructure.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, identifying and addressing potential hazards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in training programs and skill development initiatives to enhance technical knowledge and proficiency in utility operations.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements or cost savings in utility operations.
