Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and skilled professionals to join our operations team at our chemical processing facility located in Sayakha GIDC, Bharuch. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining various plant utilities, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth production, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Roles available include Utility Operator, Electrical Technician, Mechanical Fitter, IBR Boiler Operator, and ETP Operator.

Open Roles & Key Responsibilities:
1. Chemical Plant Utility Operator

• Operate and monitor utilities like Chillers, Cooling Towers, RO Plants, etc.

• Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow) to ensure production efficiency.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Document operational data and report deviations.

• Work closely with engineers and maintenance teams for optimization.

2. Electrical Technician

• Perform daily electrical maintenance and attend to breakdowns.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and flameproof electrical installations.

• Maintain equipment earthing and support asset upkeep (e.g., factory appliances).

• Report deviations and maintain availability for emergencies.

• Participate in safety talks and training sessions.

3. Mechanical Fitter / Plant Operator

• Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of motors, engines, reactors, and other equipment.

• Handle overhauling, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks.

• Maintain proper coordination with supervisors and ensure safe repair practices.

• Manage spare part and consumables requisitions.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.

4. IBR Boiler Operator (2nd Class Certified)

• Operate and maintain IBR Boilers (KL capacity) for smooth and safe operation.

• Monitor key parameters and perform equipment inspections.

• Conduct QC checks and maintain safety & environmental compliance.

• Collaborate with plant staff to optimize boiler performance.

5. ETP cum Plant Operator

• Operate and oversee Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) processes.

• Manage utilities and plant operations during non-ETP hours.

• Maintain process efficiency, monitor variables, and conduct equipment inspections.

• Ensure environmental regulation compliance and maintain documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  • ITI or Diploma in Mechanical (Fitter) or Electrical Engineering.

  • 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate (for IBR Boiler Operator).

  • High School Diploma may be considered with strong experience.

• Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years in chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing environments.

  • Preferred experience in API, Intermediates, Utilities, Boiler Operations, ETP, or Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.

• Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in plant utilities and machinery.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical/electrical domains.

  • Knowledge of safety protocols, documentation, and equipment handling.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Word & Excel preferred).
