Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Organize, maintain, and update client data, project files, and other relevant information.
- Coordination with Editors: Communicate with editors to ensure timely delivery of projects and manage the editing workflow.
- Report Management: Compile and manage various reports, including project status, client feedback, and financial records.
- Office Administration: Handle daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating meetings
- Client Communication: Assist in responding to client queries and providing necessary information or support.
- Support to Team: Provide administrative support to the photography, videography, and sales team as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the office.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
