**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Maintenance and Upkeep**:
- Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Oversee the cleanliness of office equipment and common spaces.
- **Hospitality**:
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and snacks to staff and visitors as required.
- Arrange meeting rooms and provide refreshments during meetings or events.
- **Errands**:
- Deliver and collect documents, packages, and supplies within or outside the office as needed.
- Handle bank-related work or other errands assigned by management.
- **Clerical Support**:
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Manage and distribute office supplies like stationery, printer paper, etc.
- **Administrative Assistance**:
- Support staff with ad-hoc tasks such as setting up workstations for new employees.
- Assist in basic troubleshooting of office equipment (e.g., photocopier, printer).
- **Compliance with Office Protocols**:
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of office protocols and etiquette.
- Ability to communicate effectively in [local language/English].
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks when required.
