**Role Overview**

We are hiring **Independent Fashion Advisors** on a **commission-only basis** to promote and enroll customers into the Roslis Card program. This is not a salaried job, but a growth-based opportunity designed for ambitious, fashion-passionate women who seek income and independence.

**Responsibilities**
- Promote the **Roslis Card** within your assigned area (field + digital)
- Onboard and assist new cardholders in registration and first purchase
- Build and maintain relationships with your customer base
- Report field activity and performance to your assigned Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Attend mandatory training and scheduled team sessions

**Work Type**
- **Flexible Hours** (self-managed field work with digital support)
- Training and scheduled events are pre-fixed
- Field and WhatsApp-based engagement preferred

**Training Program**
- **7-Day Orientation** (Brand, sales, styling, reporting, CRM use)
- Completion required for activation and commission eligibility

**Earnings & Incentives**
- **No base salary** during engagement period
- **Commission Payouts**:

- ₹6,700 per 100 active customers (up to 600)
- ₹10,000 per 100 active customers (above 600)
- **Monthly Bonus**: ₹6,600 if 200+ cardholders added in a month
- **Monthly Cap**: Up to ₹1,00,000 possible

**Path to Full-Time Employment**
- After 6 months of engagement, if you achieve 200+ active customers for 3 consecutive months:

- You’ll be offered a **full-time salaried position** (₹40,000 base)
- Commission earnings will continue
- Eligible for **PF, ESI, Leave**, and other benefits
- Female, age 20-35
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Passionate about fashion and people
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- WhatsApp and smartphone usage must be strong
- Self-driven and target-oriented
