**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Sales Representative for our company. Must have proven sales success in the ed tech industry & understand educators' challenges/opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strategic plan for sales success in assigned territory.
- Identify potential business opportunities through thorough research and prospecting.
- Build networks to qualify leads.
- Present our educational platform features and benefits through demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer success, and product development, to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients to close sales and secure new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline activity, forecasts, and revenue projections.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field with an MBA.
- 2-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in ed-tech.
- Solid grasp of the education sector, including K-12 and higher ed markets, and familiarity with trends, initiatives, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, driven to achieve results and exceed sales targets.
