**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)**:

- Assess the learning needs, strengths, and challenges of students with disabilities.
- Develop and implement IEPs for students, outlining academic, social, and behavioral goals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust goals and instructional strategies as needed.
- **Instruction and Support**:

- Deliver one-on-one or small group instruction based on the students’ individual learning plans.
- Modify the general curriculum to accommodate students with different learning needs and provide differentiated instruction.
- Use various teaching methods and tools, such as hands-on activities, technology, or specialized materials, to engage students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Implement behavior management strategies and support positive student behavior in collaboration with classroom teachers.
- Create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning for all students.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with general education teachers to integrate students with disabilities into mainstream classrooms where appropriate.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, counselors, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive support.
- Engage with parents and caregivers, regularly updating them on student progress and discussing strategies for support at home.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching plans accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance, IEP progress, and behavioral improvements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and report on student progress to parents and school administration.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on new teaching techniques, educational research, and special education practices.
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
