**Job Title: Special Educator**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
The Special Educator is responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. The role involves working closely with students, parents, and other educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the educational, emotional, and behavioral needs of students with disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with students, parents, and other educational professionals.
- Regularly assess and review student progress and modify IEPs as needed.
- **Instructional Support**:

- Design and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Employ effective behavior management techniques to support students’ social and emotional development.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with general education teachers, school counselors, therapists, and other staff to support student success.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and strategies for support.
- **Assessment and Documentation**:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ abilities and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and IEP meetings.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and legal requirements related to special education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Compliance and Advocacy**:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to special education.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of students with disabilities.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
