**0Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement IEPs**:

- Create and update individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessments, evaluations, and input from parents and other educators.
- Set specific, measurable goals for each student and monitor progress regularly.
- **Instruction and Support**:

- Provide individualized or small group instruction to meet students' academic, behavioral, and social needs.
- Use specialized teaching techniques and tools to support diverse learning styles.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' abilities, progress, and needs.
- Interpret assessment data to adjust instruction and support strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with general education teachers, counselors, and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and strategies for support.
- **Behavior Management**:

- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address specific challenges and promote positive behavior.
- Monitor and manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on best practices in special education and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, IEP meetings, and other relevant gatherings.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, IEPs, and other documentation.
- Complete necessary reports and paperwork in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- **Certification**: Valid [State] Special Education Teaching License or equivalent certification.
- **Experience**: [0-3] years of experience in special education or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and instructional strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
