**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain roto gravure printing machines to produce high-quality flexible packaging products.
- Review job orders and ensure proper ink, plates, and substrates are prepared for production.
- Perform setup and adjustments, including color matching, registration, tension control, and drying settings.
- Monitor the printing process, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or printing issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Roto Gravure Operator in a flexible packaging or printing environment.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, color theory, and material handling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and job orders.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
