**Job Title: CNC Bending Machine Operator**

**Location: Nelamangala**

**Department: Production**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC bending machines (press brakes) to bend sheet metal parts as per drawings.
- Interpret engineering drawings and job orders to determine machine settings and tooling requirements.
- Set up tooling, adjust machine parameters, and perform trial runs to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments.
- Maintain accuracy, tolerances, and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Ensure machines are maintained and cleaned regularly.
- Record production data and report any deviations or defects.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience operating CNC press brake or bending machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Minimum qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CNC bending in a sheet metal fabrication environment.
- Familiarity with Amada, Trumpf, or similar CNC bending machines is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
