**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform ironing and steam pressing of garments in production batches.
- Ensure proper finishing, removing wrinkles and maintaining garment shape.
- Handle different fabric types and finishes with the appropriate temperature and techniques.
- Coordinate with the quality and finishing teams to meet daily targets.
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, or stitching issues before pressing.
- Maintain ironing equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow safety precautions while operating steam irons and other equipment.
- Support in folding and packing once garments are pressed and approved.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and organize fabric rolls.
