**Responsibilities**:
1. Ironing: Iron clothes, including shirts, pants, dresses, and other garments, using steam irons or press machines. Ensure that clothes are pressed to high standards and free from wrinkles.

2. Quality Control: Inspect garments before and after ironing to ensure they meet quality standards. Remove any stains, wrinkles, or creases to enhance the appearance of the clothes.

3. Sorting: Sort and organize clothes based on fabric type, color, and size before ironing. Ensure that garments are handled with care to prevent damage or shrinkage.

4. Packaging: Fold and package ironed clothes neatly for delivery or pickup by customers. Label packages accurately and ensure they are ready for distribution.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain ironing equipment, including steam irons, ironing boards, and press machines. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor for resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to operate steam irons and press machines effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
