**Job Title**: Press Brake Machine Operator
- Bending Machine

**Department**: Manufacturing / Production
**Reports To**: Production Supervisor
**FLSA Status**: Non-Exempt

**Job Summary**:
The Press Brake Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications. This position ensures parts are produced accurately and meet quality standards, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate press brake machines (CNC/manual) to bend metal components according to blueprints or work orders
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Select appropriate tooling and materials for the job
- Adjust machine settings and make necessary modifications to maintain quality and accuracy
- Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Inspect parts during production runs and make real-time quality checks
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting malfunctions
- Record production data and report output or issues to supervisors
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Assist in training new operators or helpers as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience operating press brake machines (Amada, Cincinnati, Trumpf, etc. is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, protractors)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with CNC controls and basic programming is a plus

**Working Conditions**:

- Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, metal shavings, and machinery
- Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Shift work may be required (day, night, or weekend shifts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
