COMMUNICATION SKILL **TRAINER**
LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WITH COMMUNICATION SKILL AND PERSONALITY
DEVELOPMENT TRAINING BACKGROUND.

JOB DUTIES:
CONDUCT CLASSES IN BLENDED FORM, BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE MODE. USE
TECHNOLOGY INNOVATIVELY IN CLASS.
MUST EXPLAIN THE CONTENT INTERESTINGLY TO RETAIN STUDENTS' ATTENTION.
CONDUCT DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROLE PLAYS.
MAKE SURE STUDENTS ARE FOLLOWING THE COURSE MATERIAL AND DOING
ASSIGNMENTS.
ASSESS AND EVALUATE 15-20 STUDENTS' PROGRESS EFFICIENTLY.
HELP STUDENTS PREPARE FOR JOB INTERVIEWS.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

CONFIDENT AND MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WITH AN ABILITY TO CREATE A
COMFORTABLE CLASS ENVIRONMENT.
MINIMUM TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN TUTORING OR SKILL
TRAINING.
WELL VERSED WITH ENGLISH AND BENGALI LANGUAGES. SHOULD BE
ABLE TO SPEAK GRAMMATICALLY CORRECT ENGLISH.
ABILITY TO COMMUTE IN KOLKATA’S SUBURBS.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH AN NGO IS PREFERRED.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Communication skills: 2 years (preferred)
