**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Facilitates day-to-day classes in imparting knowledge and soft-skills needed to secure employment.
- Plans, organizes, and administers the prescribed curriculum
- Prepares written weekly reports to Operation Manager.
- Demonstrates understanding of Employability skills, teaching materials, and procedures with understanding of various teaching methods.
- Understands the need of and sensitivity to culturally diverse populations.
- Interview preparation and job retention skills and attitudes.
- Provides job search/career information workshops and presentations as needed.
- Facilitates career counseling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment transition for deaf individuals.
- Qualification - Graduation in any stream.
- Experience - Must have prior experience as the domain Trainer in a Skill development project.
- Certified with TOT.
- Salary - Rs.20,000 - Rs.30,000
- Location -Barasat, Kolkata (W.B)

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
