**Role Description**

We are currently seeking a Soft Skill Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Soft Skill Trainer at Success Scholar, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to students and helping them develop essential interpersonal skills. This role is based in Kolkata and requires on-site presence.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of various soft skills, including communication, teamwork, leadership, and time management
- Prior experience as a soft skill trainer or in a related role
- Ability to adapt training techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passionate about helping students improve their interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Previous experience in the education sector and familiarity with curriculum design and development are preferred but not required.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 15 days

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
