**Soft Skills Trainer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and develop training programs focused on soft skills enhancement, tailored to the specific needs of different departments and levels within the organization.

2. To train the new Employees on product and process/soft skills/voice & accent and bring them up to the expected benchmark, before they hit the floor.

3. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles.

4. Assess the training needs of employees through surveys, interviews, and feedback mechanisms, and adjust training programs accordingly.

5. Collaborate with department heads and HR personnel to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address them.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate relevant content into training programs.

7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvements.

8. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees seeking to enhance specific soft skills.

9. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

10. Designing ,creating and documenting the process for soft skills training for the company.

11. Ensures the delivery of services which are reflective of an Independent Living Philosophy/Self Sufficiency and Consumer empowerment and self-advocacy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and levels.
- Proficiency in G-Suit and experience with training software and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
