**Job Description: Communication Skills Trainer**

**We’re Hiring**
Abha Foundation is seeking a passionate individual with a background in communication skills and personality development training to join our team.

**Job Duties**:

- Conduct interactive classes in a blended format (online and offline), utilizing innovative technology to enhance learning.
- Deliver content in an engaging manner to maintain students’ interest and participation.
- Facilitate role-playing activities to improve practical communication skills.
- Ensure students stay on track with course material and assignments.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of 25-30 students effectively.
- Guide students in preparing for job interviews, focusing on real-world scenarios.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Confident and enthusiastic individual with the ability to create a comfortable and engaging learning environment.
- Minimum of two years of experience in tutoring or skill training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skills for seamless online and offline teaching and evaluation.
- Willingness to commute to Kolkata’s suburbs and rural areas.
- Prior experience working with an NGO is a plus.

**Job Details**:

- Type: Full-time
- Pay: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- Schedule: Day shift
- Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (ability to commute/relocate is required)

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience: Total work: 3 years and Communication skills: 2 years (preferred)
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi
