**Key Responsibilities**
- **Network Setup and Maintenance**:

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of networking hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- **System Management**:

- Work on MCC (Mission Critical Communications) and RMC (Remote Monitoring and Control) systems.
- Perform tasks related to AWS-based networking and cloud solutions.
- Assist with tasks involving TCMA (Traffic Control and Management Applications).
- **Troubleshooting and Support**:

- Diagnose and resolve network and system issues.
- Provide support for users and ensure mínimal downtime.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed logs of work performed and issues resolved.
- Create reports on network performance and system updates.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the IT and operations teams to ensure seamless networking solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand and meet their networking needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with AWS networking services is a plus.
- Knowledge of MCC, RMC, and TCMA systems is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools is a bonus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Availability to join immediately.
- Willingness to commit to a six-month contract.
