**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System and Network Support Executive to join our team In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to staff for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues effectively.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks including software updates, backups, and security checks.
- Manage IT assets including hardware, software licenses, and warranties.
- Install and configure network devices (if applicable).
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues. (experience with network monitoring tools a plus)
- Assist with office operations tasks as needed (e.g., printer setup, user account management).
- Maintain a strong understanding of IT best practices and security protocols.
- Document procedures and solutions for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a system and network support role.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience with server management (Windows Server, Linux) is a plus.
- Experience with a CRM system is a valuable asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹97,194.29 - ₹400,000.00 per year
