Infopark, KochiSenior Network Engineer
- Experience 5+ years
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and security/compliance features.
- Handle Active Directory (on-prem / Azure AD) and Windows Server environments.
Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, ACLs, VPNs, switches, and business-class wireless access points.
Manage network security appliances (Fortinet, SonicWall, WatchGuard, Palo Alto, OPNSense, etc.).
- Work across multiple cloud and vendor portals with high accuracy.
- Maintain and improve documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
- Manage priorities across several projects with strong time-management skills.
- Use ticketing systems to track and resolve work efficiently.
- Operate within high-security environments (PAM/PIM, secure admin sessions).
- Continuously learn new tools, platforms, and products as needed.
- Expertise in Configuration of Wireless Networks.
- Network Monitoring Tools Know-how.
- Troubleshooting L2-L3 network issues.
- Strong, hands-on Microsoft 365 experience is mandatory.
- Solid and practical networking knowledge (L2/L3, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with Windows infrastructure, AD, and server administration.
- Familiarity with cloud security, identity, and configuration portals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute self-driven tasks.
- Fast learner with ability to absorb new technologies quickly.
