Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high network availability, security, and performance across all organizational systems and locations.Key Responsibilities:• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN connections.• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and ensure system reliability.• Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.• Perform regular updates, patches, and documentation of network changes.• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and network upgrades.• Support new IT infrastructure projects and contribute to network design improvements.• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, inventory, and policies.Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• 2–3 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or HP network devices and firewalls.• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is an added advantage.
