**Position**: Telesales Executive - B2B
**Experience**: 1-3 Years
**Salary Range**: 18K to 22K per month

**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by researching and identifying key decision-makers in target markets.

Present product offerings, negotiate prices, and address customer inquiries to communicate the value proposition effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales activities.

Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner to achieve sales targets.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide regular feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and sales performance.

Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the agro commodities industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales tools.

Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude.

Knowledge of agricultural products and international trade practices is advantageous.

Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
