**Job Title: Telecaller - Real Estate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and market real estate projects.
- Provide information on available properties, their features, and the benefits of investing in them.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels and convert them into appointments or site visits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller in the real estate industry or a similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property types, and current market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to effectively handle objections, provide information, and close deals over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or sales will be an advantage.
