**Job Title: Financial Consultant / Equity dealer**

Location: Trivandrum City / Attingal / Technopark / Karamana / Varkala / Kilimanoor

**Experience: Fresher / Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking.**

Type of sales : Field & Inside

Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree is mandatory.**

**Salary: 18,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month (Based on current CTC)**

**Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM**

Working Days: 6 days a week

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**New Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.

**Cross-Selling**: Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.

**Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable products.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

**Achievement of Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
