**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional sector.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in institutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Track and monitor sales performance against targets.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Provide training and support to junior sales team members as needed.
- **Contract Negotiation**:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with institutional clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
**Basic Requirements**:
- **Experience**:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in sales within the Plastic and Chemical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Other**:
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
