**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Analyse operations and market data to assess areas in need of improvement and capitalize on changing conditions.
- Evaluated compliance with internal control procedures by examining processes and documents.
- Processing of monthly salary of subsidiary company & leave management.
- Handling customer enquiry of spares till dispatch
- Complete audit papers by thoroughly documenting audit tests and findings.
- Handling accounts payables & accounts receivables of Katyayni Technologies, Vijyaprabhu, Annika Technologies & CVCPharma LLP.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on professional accounting standards to manage financial recordkeeping & Vendor Management.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including acquisition costs, depreciation schedules, and current values for insurance purposes.
- Prepare and filed tax forms to meet needs of customers.
- Document cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses, and line of credit transactions.
- Reconciliation of accounts and reviewed expense data, net worth, and assets.
- Complete daily cash functions like account tracking, payroll and wage allocations, budgeting, donating, and cash, and banking reconciliations.
- Negotiate favourable contract terms for both clients and company, striking a balance between profitability and value add services.
- Worked closely with the sales team & service engineers to prioritize tasks, set goals, and allocate resources efficiently; resulting in increased productivity and revenue.
- Maintained accurate records of all sales activities, including contracts, proposals, quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
- Increased sales revenue by establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Administrative Management & Keen to learn new things.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
