Job Title: CRM Cum Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated CRM Cum Sales Executive, preferably a female candidate, who has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers over calls, gathering feedback, promoting and upselling products, and performing other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Take feedback from customers and document it systematically.
- Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Perform other administrative and sales-related tasks as required.
Desired Profile:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (spoken English is a must).
- Pleasant personality with confidence to talk to customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in BPO or sales is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
Qualification:
Minimum – Graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
