**About Us**

Vishal Foods is a growing food company based in Mulund West, Mumbai. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** who will be the **sole in-charge of the Accounts department** and manage all day-to-day accounting independently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP)**: vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, query resolution.
- Handle **end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR)**: sales invoicing, collections, follow-ups, ledger reconciliation.
- Record and maintain **all daily financial transactions** - sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments.
- Perform **bank reconciliations** regularly.
- Prepare financial reports - **Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements**.
- Ensure compliance with **GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements**.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation for **audit and financial reviews**.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in Accounts (AP & AR).
- Strong working knowledge of **Prime Accounting Software** (Tally knowledge preferred).
- Ability to **independently manage complete accounts function** in a small company setup.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Residing within a reasonable commute to **Mulund West** preferred.
