Entering daily data in tally.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices (Generation and dispatch of invoices)
- Payment follow up ; Following up collection of accounts receivable, along with monitoring
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed As needed, assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Correct deduction of withholding tax i.e. TDS, Work Contract Tax Bill wise recording in the accounting software along with detailed narration.
- Keeping track of validity of agreements.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Research and analyse financial reports and market trends
- Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
- Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
